WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
You know your business. I’ll help you find ways to make the everyday work easier.
Get set up. Get comfortable. Take it from there.
If you’re ready to use AI but aren’t sure where to begin, I’ll help you improve one recurring task.
I’ll learn how you handle it now, set up a practical approach using appropriate tools, and walk you or your team through it. You’ll have straightforward instructions and a follow-up to work through questions after you’ve tried it yourself.
The goal is something you can confidently use on your own.
Help when there’s more to do.
You may want someone to answer questions, help staff get comfortable, improve another process, or handle a recurring task.
I offer ongoing help shaped around what your business actually needs. We’ll agree on what’s included, how often we’ll work together, and what it costs.
That could mean regular working sessions, occasional tune-ups, or a service I manage for you.
Before any paid work begins, you’ll know the scope and price.
YOUR NEIGHBOR, KIP
I’m Ken, though you may know me as Kip.
One of the things I love about this community is how often our paths cross. We may have met through work, around town, or while I’m out walking the dogs. If we haven’t met yet, here’s a little about me.
Some of you may remember me from Jack’s, where I was the manager before it closed. After that, I worked alongside my sister, Terri Wilcox, in her local garden design and landscaping business. If you’ve walked the brick walkway at Prescott Park, you’ve walked on some of my handiwork—I laid about 80% of it.
More recently, you might remember my bike planter on Main Street. Or you may have seen me walking my dogs through Hanny’s parking lot on our way to Unleashed. If you’re in the New London Community Facebook group, you may have read my “Dear Terri” letters, which I write with assistance from AI.
These days, I’m the communications director at Lake Sunapee Yacht Club. My work has taken me from managing a local business to laying bricks to communicating with a community. Along the way, I’ve come to appreciate how much work happens behind the scenes—and how precious free time can be.
That’s the idea behind Out by Noon. I help local business owners and their teams find practical ways to use AI to make everyday work easier. I’ll work with you to understand what’s taking your time, find a useful place to start, and help you feel comfortable using the tools.
Less busywork. More life. For you and the people who work with you.
LEARNING, CLOSE TO HOME
You don’t have to own a business to be curious about AI.
I’m developing local classes and hands-on sessions where community members can try everyday uses, ask questions, and learn how to check the results. No technical background needed.
If you’re part of a library, community group, or local organization interested in hosting a session, I’d like to hear from you.

Tell me a little about your business and one task you’d like to make easier. You don’t need to know which tool you need—or whether AI is the answer.
Brief answers are fine. Please leave out passwords and private customer, employee, or account information.
Your answers are sent to Kip through FormSubmit, which retains submissions for 30 days. I’ll use your details to respond to your inquiry. Prefer email? [email protected].
